Note Comissioning is necessary for the proper use of the device. Without the activation step, the device will not be visible on the Ineso Connect platform. Activation can be completed in few simple steps. By using Ineso Connect, you can access your recorded data and view it in a user-friendly manner. This provides you with a clear overview of all important information regarding IoT equipment.
We are delighted to assist you in installing and commissioning your new equipment. To facilitate the process, please follow the steps below:
1. Connection of the devices:
- Make sure the device is turned on
- Make sure that the devices have access to the network (if you use the gateway, it must be turned on, if you use the LoRa public network, the device must be registered)
2. Application Download:
- Go to the Google Play Store.
- Search for the "Connect" application and download it to your mobile device.
3. Application Login:
- Once the application is installed, open it on your mobile device.
- Use the username and password provided by the Ineso team to log in to the application.
4. Connecting a Device to a Gateway:
- Ensure that your new equipment is connected to an appropriate gateway.
- Follow the specific instructions provided with the equipment to complete this connection.
5. Site Selection:
- Within the application, locate the option to select the site to which your equipment is connected. This site should typically be indicated on the gateway or sent to you via email.
6. QR Code Scanning:
- Search for the QR code scanning functionality within the application.
- Scan the QR code accompanying your new equipment. You will easily find it on your new equipment, next to the Ineso logo.
7. Activation Confirmation:
- Once the QR code is scanned, you should see an option to confirm the activation.
- Confirm the activation of your new equipment.
Your new equipment is now installed and in service. You can begin using it according to its features. The device will be visible on the Connect application and the Ineso Connect site from now on.
